Does a bathroom need a GFCI receptacle if it already has a GFCI breaker?
Per NEC 2023 — Yes, the GFCI breaker satisfies the requirement.

NEC 210.8(A) requires GFCI protection for all 125V, 15A and 20A receptacles in bathrooms. A GFCI circuit breaker provides that protection at the source — so individual GFCI receptacles are not required.

Key Requirements: Protection must cover the entire branch circuit. If any non-GFCI receptacles exist downstream, they're still protected.
